Good details for a wide lens. Shots are great as usual, expecially last one.

I looked at the full size images, and I am of the impression that the close up images are good and detailed, while the infinite focus image look a bit soft and with some vignette... is that true or am I wrong?

If soft might be comes from wrong focusing my f* adapter is not reach infinity at exactly at end.

Ah ok, then it's surely this the cause.

Very nice pictorial effect wide open in #3

And excellent photo too ! I like the colors and composition.

It looks like a good lens for aquariums - close-focus, wide-angle and large aperture.

I didn't have my DSLR when we went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium last year; I missed a very great deal. Maybe later this year.

Nice samples photos from this lens...It's a bit pricey when you can find one....I've got the Kino made Vivitar 28mm F2..Just a tad slower, a little less sharp, a lot less money & a lot less weight...

Thank you guys! Perhaps not the best lens for city and landscape shoots, but good enough in my opinion and perform really well in low light environment.

Good samples. I particularly like the diagonal composition on the first.
