It fits perfectly to my Zorki-4 (with Jupiter-12 2.8/35, Jupiter-8, Jupiter-3, Leica Summitar 2/5cm and Leica Elmar 4/90).
And I can use it on some other cameras.

Weirdest name that I ever heard, but it looks very useful, especially for traveling!

Those "names" are the telegram-abbreviations of Leica.

Sometimes, or rather often, those names do not mean anything or are just codes.

AUFSU for example is short for "Aufsichtssucher" (some kind of waistlevelfinder) which makes sense.
SBLOO is a "Spiegelsucher" (=mirror viewfinder) which does not make a lot of sense.

The "V" in VIOOH perhaps means "viewfinder", because the code words of most of the viewfinder models start with a "V".
(VIDOM, VISET, VISAX...)

There more than 2000 of those code words which were invented to save letters in a telegram and to avoid wrong orders.

From the engravings, I assume, that there was a Leica lens with 7,3 cm focal lenght. What was that?
