I think the bokeh is very nice for a 15mm lens!

However, this lens certainly does not clean your sensor Smile

My sensor is very clean..... under the dust Razz

LOL!

I certainly would suggest you to get a K-7. I change lenses on a daily basis, but I only had to clean the sensor of the K-7 once. And that was when a large hair got inside. The new dust removal system REALLY works and far exceeded my expectations.

The K-7 is too expensive for me ATM. I'm rather looking on the K-x, which is said to have a really good quality on high ISO, or on a 5D, because of the FF (yes, the 5D is still expensive, but it is a FF and the K-7 is not). I don't really want to spend money on a body that will value 50% less in some months, lenses are a better investment. My K100D will be 3 years old in 2 days and is still working (altough KA contacts and delayer sometimes have some problems) Smile

FF, yes! Otherwise less than half of lens getting used.

Yep, lens pics ! Laughing

And i think 5D would be a good sensor for the gems you get !

Yes, a lovely lens indeed...that's why I want one!
CarbonR ....what are those "blemishes" between the lens & the front hood...I saw a lens on Ebay recently that looked the same.
Cheers, Pickles.

From what blemishes are you speaking ? I do not see what you mean

looking at the 2nd image, if you look at the inside of the lens hood adjacent to the lens glass, there is a sort of stain...doesn't look like the rest of the inside of the hood....maybe others can see it as well?
Cheers, Pickles.

I see what you mean. It is only at the bottom, on the plastic and a bit on the hood. I don't know what exactly it is, maybe the plastic did not age very well. Anyway, it does not affect picture quality so I don't worry much about it Smile
