For me, humor is very important in photography. You'd be surprised what kind of absurd things you sometimes see on the streets. These were all shot in my city, Ghent.

All I had with me was the pentax *ist DL and the Pentax-A 50mm f/1.7.


I can guess what this lady thought of me :p




Creative Parking...




Watertourists...normally these boats are full...these 2 had their own private boattrip. I wonder if the guide was wearing a bad cologne... :p

yep, I made them. I love walking around in a city, and carry only one lens, preferably a prime.
Makes you think more about framing your subject, and makes you familiar with the up- and downsides of a certain focal length.

Great shots! It is good skillfullness to catch the moment!
I like better more contrast B-W pictures, just my 2 cents!
