..I recently took out mine for some haze and oily blades and regarding old lenses, the steinheil 135/2.8 is easy as heck to dissemble...
Thought I'll leave a note even though this is an old post as a reference... pretty much all of parts are screwed on. The first three elements in the front of the lens screws out with a simple twist. Grab a hold of where the hood attaches and unscrew that part right out. Then you can clean the three elements by dissembling that group (you can only access the front element by unscrewing the label ring in the front and access the two rear ones from unscrewing the ring on the back). you can also clean the one side of the aperture blades now.
The second part is the aperture assembly and the two rear elements. Grab the aperture ring and unscrew (it'll go to F/32). There's only a few turns of threads to unscrew, but keep turning counterclockwise while pulling as the whole part is really stuck in there. Once this part is out, you can unscrew the rear ring that holds the rear element down.
Once these two parts are out, you can also clean the focus helicoids a bit by turning to minimal focus distance...
Anyways.. hope that helps... I'm going off the top of my head so I might have missed something...

Welcome Aleunge and thank you very very much for your first post here to help me ! 
I followed my fellows'advice : as pictures are quite good like that I didn't open it. After reading you carefully, maybe, but I have no specific tools and am afraid to do worse than better (I already did worse than better with a 10€ lens)  .
@Rino : I don't see any D on it. Here is what is written on the front ring : Steinheil München Quinar 1:2.8 f=135mm VL Nr 864883
@Poilu : don't screw the knife in the wound... those shots were taken in september.

I too.
#1 was just to test the haze cleaning.
Before cleaning, I lacked of contrast.
But without haze, I would never have bought this lens because it would have been much more expensive.
