submitted by Farside ( EOS adapters )
For Tamron to EOS and OM to EOS I can recommend this ebay trader...
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/RJ-camera-accessory-store

Good quality and fast shipping.

cirrusadapter on ebay is another one I dealt with - ok, but not as good as the above.

M42 - EOS, I've been using adapters from goshotcamera...

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/GoShotCamera

Which are good in material quality, but the threading isn't quite right for registration, ie the lens is always a few degrees to the right when fully screwed in and mounted on the Canon.

I was very pleased to see this reference to Bob Monaghan's famed listing of "cult classic" MF lenses.

I haven't seen Bob's contributions to mailing lists and Usenet newsgroups for several years. Does anyone know why?
