CAMERAS FOR SALE:

Fully working, excellent condition, there is only a tiny black mark inside the LCD (the LCD glass is perfect) which does not disturb any operation.
It comes with the following all original accessories: kit lens EF 18-55 zoom, lens caps, body cap, strap, box, battery, battery charger, software CD, italian instructions. To that, I add a second battery I bought for spare, and a 1Gb CF card.
NIKON F70 (135 format, autofocus multimode)
Excellent look condition (only the rubber back show some dirt that I don't know how to remove)
Everything works perfectly. It comes with batteries (apparently still well charged)
CANON 50E (135 format, autofocus multimode)
Looks very nice, only problem a small scratch on the upper part of body.
Works perfectly but I have not been able to test eye control autofocus (because I don't know how to operate it and have no manual, also I don't give a flick about it). The regular autofocus works perfectly.
Mount is EF (same as digital reflex)
PENTACON SIX TL (medium format reflex) *SOLD to Ed*
with working (but dirty) metering viewfinder
all shutter times work perfectly (tested)
looks a bit old but decent - no dents or major aesthetical damage.
PRAKTICA MTL 5 (135 format with M42 mount)
looks beautiful and fully working
light meter also tested to work (now needs battery)
PRAKTICA VLC2 (Electric) (135 format with M42 mount)
looks beautiful
shutter and transport work perfect but I could not test the light meter
('cos I am not able to find the strange batteries required)
PRAKTICA NOVA II (135 format M42 mount)
looks beautiful
fully working including light meter (tested), now requires battery _________________ _

I have added cameras for sale to the list.
Amongst them, a Pentacon 6, a Canon 50E, and a beautiful Nikon F70.
All my listed cameras are in full working condition. Most of them also look great. _________________ _

Yes.
I have chosen to sacrifice one expensive lens instead of 5 less expensive ones.
When I will have the money again, it will be easier to re-buy just one instead of 5. _________________ _

Even though I stand to benefit in a small way, it pains me to see someone having to sell so much top drawer gear that they may have spent a long time in getting. |

I am sad also, because I cared for these lenses very much, but experience taught me that there are more important things in life, that we can not re-buy after we have lost them.
Learning to say good bye to objects is a part of life that everyone sooner or later has to learn, one way or another.
Gino Bartali was a famous italian bycicle racer of the 40s and 50s. About accumulation of material goods, he always used to repeat, that the last suit we are going to wear, is without pockets. It's one of those popular proverbs, that are the most fascinating parts of our culture - because they say the deepest of things in the simplest of ways - no need for all those library philosophers. _________________ _

Canon EF 100mm f/2 added to Ebay.
Now that is a great portrait lens if you like autofocus lenses _________________ _
