Sigma 17-70, his nose was about 10 cm from the lens, I was afraid he would blow his nose and get mucus on my glass!

This Sigma 17-70 is my allround lens. Great piece of glass, that is.

I have still got 5 AF-lenses. But I only use two of them regularly: Sigma 17-70 and Tokina 12-24 (either one is a great lens), one I use occasionally: EF 1.8/50 II and two I hardly use at all: EF 2.8/28 (AF is so slow, I am faster with an MF lens) and EF 75-300 USM II (not bad a lens between 75-250mm, but at 300mm not really good! I get better results with my Tair or my Tamron SP 60-300). The 28mm and the 75-300 maybe will get me some money for a high quality MF lens one day...

On the other hand, these two lenses are film compatible. So they (plus the EF 1.8/50) built a nice AF set for my EOS 500.

Ah, I must not forget that I have two more AF-lenses: Sigma 28-105 and Tokina 70-210. The Sigma is my standard lens at my EOS 500 and the Tokina at my EOS 600. (The Tokina doesn't work at a digital EOS. The Sigma 28-105 is quite a nice lens but has a 5mm scratch on the front element.)

Original shot Bob I had a good laugh at that. What an angle.
Reminds me of my Ex Mother in Law!

Update. Bob I downloaded this and it is in Adobe RGB colour space. The web is sRGB so the colours are washed out.
