Maybe this will help you resolving is your Ultron enough sharp for you.

Eos-300V / Fuji Superia 200 / Minolta Dimage Scan Elite 5400 / Vuescan / 2700dpi

Thanks Csaba. I have this lens, actually I have two copies I got for almost nothing (one AE one MM), so I know that the Ultron is sharper.

have you scan slide at 5400dpi
