I think so, yes 
I googled for "contax planar 80 filter diameter" and the first link says that all the contax lenses for the 645 except for the 35/3.5 share the same filter diameter of 72mm

So perhaps it can be a good investment for you.
I did the same with the Contax G2, I bought a couple of original caps (one to replace a broken one) just in case I need to resell my set.
