This is a stand of Emergency, to raise funds. Emergency is an international association of doctors that was founded by Italian Gino Strada.
The doctors of Emergency give their free medical assistance to the wounded people in war areas, especially to civilians like children.
They are active throughout the world, and especially in Afghanistan and Iraq, where they saved the lives of many children.
They are one of the (not many today, alas) reasons that make me proud of my nation. Needless to say, I donated to them
