I really like the somehow "acidic" colours of this series. Really remind me of film shooting.
Also I like the loosened, almost casual (but wanted) style, and the use of forground elements in the compositions.

These are really excellent.

I would also like to know how you made them...

Thanks for sharing.

I guess it is mainly ISO1600 and the right lighting, isn't it?
Or did you use some heavy colour post-production?

I love all of these, fantastic set! The colors are realistic, not enhanced,
I've never seen colors used the way they are in Indonesia! There is
noise at 1600, but it adds to the picture like grain. SInce I have the
e300 as well, would be curious as to your post processing.

Thanks for sharing these!

Bill

A word about the colors: one of my exwives was an artist that did oil
paintings and she would call these "jewel" colors: ruby red, emerald
green, aquamarine, amethyst yellow, etc., make dramatic settings and
impact where pastels would not.

It's not just about the hue it's the luminosity. But without being there it's difficult to say exactly how.

thanks a lot guys...

my post processing was correcting some unmatch white balance..

for raw processing i was using adobe lightroom v 1.3 for adjust some exposure, correct WB, and reduce some color noise..

in Photoshop i was doing some leveling for the last touch and resizing the photos...

i did nothing for the saturation..

Baloma,
Thanks for the post processing info, truly a stunning set! I hope to visit
Indonesia again as there is so much I haven't seen!

Here is a pic (internet) of one my favorite singers, though now she keeps
residences in France and Montreal:
