Well i was asked to do some shots of my wifes, sisters daughter and i only had two manual lenses in mind when i did these and that was the Zenitar 1.7 and the Jupiter 9
These where all shot at F 4 with the Zenitar 1.7 and i have to say its Simons Fault that i own this lens with all his stunning model shots with it.
So for once i have a different subject than my plants and flowers

I had several wives too, but got rid of all on then but one: the hairdresser bill was too high to my income!

Very Happy

Eddie,

Beautiful girl, she even doesn't need the make-up.

Like all of them, the B&W is very subtle one,

Renato

Lovely photos , pin sharp.

I'm not familiar with the Zenitar 1.7. I just looked on ebay and see of lots of Zenitar 50/f2 and 50/1.9 I take it these are different lenses??

I asked because the f1.7 is way more expensive than the f1.9 or f2

Some Russian users prefer Zenitar 1.9/50 because of resolution:
Resolution center/edge, Zenitar 1.9/50 - 48/30 lines/mm
Zenitar 1,7/50 - 43/24 l/mm
