What are your opinions regarding Zeiss polarizing filters with T* coatings?
How are they compare to B+W, Heliopans, etc...
Are there any visible advantages of T* coatings?

Thanks

I have a large 77mm Zeiss CP that I used on a Tamron AF 20-40 F2.7-3.5 SP Aspherical IF (what a name for a lens Smile ).

I found the filter excellent, didn't vignette even at wide angle, not that I can remember anyway.

The polarizers all have a different strength - which is I think more important than the coating.
I had B+W and Heliopan filters - all very good - but the best (strongest) effect I got with a much cheaper Cokin filter
Theres somewhere a post (I think by Orio) in the Forum where Hoya or Heliopan were directly compared with the Cokin which indicated the same.

I never had an very expensive filter by Zeiss etc. though
