This may be the sharpest lens that I've ever owned. Ever. These are shot wide open. No sharpening!

I got it for $320 which seems like a decent deal considering it's condition (EX). |

It looks fantastic, great find at an excellent price. Any chance of some pics of the lens? _________________ Graham - Moderator

I'm guessing medium format/Hasselblad? |

I should have mentioned it's a Hasselblad lens. The newer ones are a stop faster. Many prefer the older, slower 5.6. I'll be shooting a lot with this lens. |

Too bad Zeiss doesn't have the MTF sheet for this lens on their site.
Looking at the MTF of the Hasselblad CF 120/4, I'm surprised that it's so bad at infinity focus. |

I`m ready to take that burden off of your shoulders.
If you have one send it to me. Promise I`ll pay the shipping. _________________ Moderator Himself |

Don't worry, I don't have it.
I was looking at this lens because I saw it being offered for ~1000 euros. Comparing it's MTF to (for instance) the Contax MP 100/2.8 the Hasselblad looks really bad at infinity for the 40lp/mm curve. |

That is the large format version. Not easy to use on a DSLR like the Hasselblad version. |
