I just ordered one in mint condition and has a new camera cover. the entire camera rebuilt - by the seller.

Can any of you can offer your opinion of the camera? The Yashica 50mm f2 will most likely not get much use from me

Quite a simple aperture priority only camera like a Pentax MV or Olympus OM-10. Fine if that’s what you need, and I’m quite happy with it as I mainly shoot that way anyway.

Assuming it’s the ML 50/2 don’t dismiss it too quickly. It’s not a Planar of course but like mine a lot for its compact size and quite good contrast. I’ve owned all of the ML standard lenses and it’s not put to shame by the 1.7 or 1.4.
