Hi Attila
nice to hear you have an FR-1. I don't think that you have a big problem, seems that your film leader was not fixed in the right way to the roll on the right side of the camera. If you transport your film, the knob on the top left side must turn visible. If it does not, film is not transported. And it is recommended to turn the film carefully a little back with the rewind knob after loading, to remove slack. The holes in the film have to fit to the sprockets. Next try you should do 2 or 3 exposures with camera back open, so you see what is going on. The plastic clam to fix the film on the right side is a bit flimsy, i have read complaints about that. But it should be manageable.
good luck! I really like the FR-1

Hi Attila
I think Joes first idea is probably spot on. While you have no film in camera. Open the film door and click and wind a few times. If everything is moving well then you are all good. The film wind on side spool in the FR cams is a bit slippy and needs extra care loading until you get usesd to it |

After loading the camera and closing the door, when I wind I look for the rewind wheel to turn counterclockwise. _________________ Canonet QL17 III
