I bought this lens without camera, is any body have it in complete with camera ?

That lens type was used on a Welta Weltur 6x9 folder, among others.

Welta could be right. My Welta Perfekta has the 7,5cm version of it.

One of my Certos also has a 7,5cm version. I recall perhaps some Frankas as well. The 105 would have been from a 6x9 as Paul says...

Thank you guys! How would you rate against Tessar, Skopar or Heliar ?

It is the Schneider Tessar clone, and the first lens that brought them serious reputation. In some variants it is better than the equivalent Zeiss Tessar, in some worse, but it never is far off. The particular one on my Perfekta (also on seen on pre-war Rolleiflex TLRs) is excellent.
