Who make these Korean Sears lenses?

No, it says made in Korea on it.

The Cimko green diamond is unequal - as far as I know. All the Clubman, Ensinor and Super Paragons I have that are attributed to Cimko have an open and unequal green diamond.

I couldn't find Cimko made Clubman or Ensinor 28mm. They are made by Ozone Optical. Super Paragon exists in both variants: made by Ozone and Cima Kogaku (Cimko).
None of those below is made in Korea.
