That`s a fine togogon lens, very compact with decent IQ. I will probably never part with mine. What serial do you have?
My last buy was the "Japanese Summilux" Canon 50mm f/1.4 LTM _________________ Lars | Manuellfokus.no |

Just before Christmas i found the first, heavy (brass!) version of the Minolta MC 2.8/24mm. It's No 26 on Dennis Lohmanns Minolta lens list: http://minolta.eazypix.de/lenses/.
It focuses much smoother than the later aluminium versions, and it seems to have a slight yellowish cast, which the later MC/MD-I versions don't have. I don't know yet if this early version has the same performance as the later MC-X/MD-I/MD-II models .The MD-III, however, is different for sure.

1) Konica AR Macro stuff including the incredibly sturdy built bellows, and the Hexanon 4/105mm Macro. The lens is a three lens / five element Dynar (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heliar) construction, like almost all contemporary 4/100mm Macro lenses*. Included were also the AR 1.8/52mm, the AR 1.4/57mm and the AR 1.8/50mm lenses.
2) Sigma 8/600mm and 13.5/1000mm mirror lenses (i found them on the same day, but at different places). Both of them are never really sharp (compared to the Minolta MD 8/500mm, or - even better - the second generation Nikkor 8/500mm which is really sharp)
* The Canon new FD 4/100, Micro Nikkor 4/105, Pentax 4/100mm, Konica Hexanon 4/105mm and probably a few others share all the same basic optical construction. Concerning this interesting fact I heard an interesting story from an eye-witness (a well known Swiss photographer): Around 1980 he was invited to visit one of the Japanese third-party lens manufacturers (a very well known brand which still exists). When they were shown the factory, he saw that the 100mm Macro lenses for nearly all Japanese brands (including Canon and Nikon) were produced here, side by side, and by the same craftsmen/women. He told me that they were producing them in batches: A few days Nikon, the next few days Pentax, then Canon, and so on. _________________ www.artaphot.ch |

Elicar 300mm 5.6 mirror (250 mm Rokkor too expensive but had more contrast). Light, compact, decent mechanical construction, difficult to focus a 300 mm with a digital camera (A6000) with EVF. The Rokkor 250mm of the poor... but provides the Paparazzi factor and fun bokeh. Much lighter than Minolta 500 mm f8. (90£ with freight)
Was offered a Rokkor 45mm f2.0 by the seller from whom I purchased. This very light and compact lens very much appreciated _________________ Antoine

Sorry for the late reply...didn't see the question.
No difference between the two for the 135mm f/3.2. AE name change over came with the later production.
Unlike some of the other Hexanons, which had different formulas and bodies. _________________ "The eyes are useless when the mind is blind."
