Hello, I'm new to how to determine which mount is which. Does anyone know what kind of mount this one is?

It's hard to tell with the image you posted, but it does look like the mount is missing, better pictures are required to confirm.

Do you know who made it ,what lens maker? It does look like the mount is missing....the images are just too small.

Definitely looks like its missing the helicoid and mount.
What brand and focal length is it?
What kind of lens were you looking for?

It's a Kinoptik.

Try to upload a larger photo using the upload function. Give us the name of the lens and measure the diameter of the screws. Kinoptik lens comes with various mount, it may be a lens head only without a proper mount.

Any other angles you can show? Side shot showing the infinity mark and infinity? Front shot showing the name ring?

Most Kinoptik Apochromat are in camflex mount. I think it is a lens head? Check if it has aperture.
