The idea is, the exposure meter is yours free with shipping ($5 US, $10 world-wide), but you must have it properly fixed and use it. You also have to provide proof that you did, and that you are 
I can, of course, send it to George instead of you, if you'll make arrangements with him regarding payment and final shipment to yourself.
