I've never seen this lens, I have the Kiron-made Series 1 3.5/70-210 that
goes to 1:2.2 macro that I like, but this Contax lens is something else.

What are the first two numbers in the serial?

Yes, Cosina made. However, the earlier second and third editions are sharper.
