Yesterday I went for a quick trip to Symi
The zuiko is very handy, small and sharp
I try to tune the colors but I am not happy, they lock cold and artificial

Great series! Ah the Summer with capital S...
The #4 (cat) is one to be printed big.
I also like #7 much (the lonely woman).

Lens seems plenty sharp - colours, well, I know by personal experience that after having gotten used to Contax colours, all other lenses seem weak except for some Soviet lenses.

Oh I was forgetting #2, the fisherman - great capture also.
Fishermen are great photographic subjects, would love to make a series on them.

Use always your Distagon Wink hard to step back from that lens.

Couldn't be a white balance problem?

Poilu uses the camera at a fixed WB value, like I do.

The colours look okay to me - neutral

The cat shot stands out for me, but a nice set altogether.

Lately I look more carefully for cats
I always get better comment when I include cat shots in my series Rolling Eyes

Too much expensive to take in beach and risky place
Also distagon is quite heavy and big, one reason I like mini Zuiko.

It's always possible to make colors look okay but we have a memory of the scene that we like to get back.
Of course it's subjective and everytime I compared lens in controlled shots the difference was not so big.
I didn't get the sunny atmosphere I was waiting for, but it's maybe only psychological and not really objective

Ah yes! Another idea a Flek 35 MC or try 28mm MC Zuiko I found it is better than 24mm f2 at least for my eyes.
