Right, kind of fat for me. My personal choice are regular 62.5mm because they are thinner. Can easily grab whole diameter by hand, 82.5mm - can't. My friend bought some 102mm lens 180/2. Even dont want to try, lol.

Yep, hence why I stay away from them. 62.5mm is even just enough to handle.
