Spent today 'finding' the camera>subject>background distances at the local university gardens. At wide open or one stop down, the Helios isn't the sharpest lens but when you get the focus plane right it is more than decent. But that's where the coolest bokeh is. (Tried to upload sample images - got a good preview but then a broken link on the forum.)
