A walk through the local woods with a Nikkor 135mm Ł2.8, Nikkor 20mm f2.8 and Micro-Nikkor 55mm f3.5.

What a wonderful flower and you sure gave it some nice airtime. Love #4 and 7 since they display the flower in its habitat (and how I remember them). Those are the 20/2,8 I guess. Gotta hand it to those nikkors

all pure beauty and #4 flash with his 3D rendition (wich lens?)

Thanks folks - 2 & 7 are with the 20mm 2.8 AIS, 4 is with the 135mm 2.8 Nikkor-Q (ai'd), the others are with an ai'd Nikkor-P 55mm 3.5 which is increasingly winning it's place as my favourite lens.

Great colors & bokeh.
Its that macro nikkor at play !! Damn i am confused which macro to get !!
So many good choices !

Thanks - If it's any help in making your decision this micro-nikkor 55mm 3.5 can often be picked up for under Ł50... I'd call it a no-brainer Wink

I agree with Richard, but try to get it with the extension tube intended to take it to 1:1.

I will be watching it on the bay...!!
Am also waiting for flex 35/2.8 so was wondering ....
