Yesterday (Sunday) I attended a food photography workshop.
Here's some of the pictures that I took - all taken with the Planar 1.2/85 Contax (50 years series).
Note, the sets and lighting are not mine - framing, exposure, choice of DOF and colour treatment are.

Thank you guys! Attila, I can not put these for sale, they are not 100% my work.
But that's a good idea about stock, I can make my own ones
Iaza, when you want to make photos close up, you need tele lens, because to
make same framing you'd need to get too close with the 50mm and this would
cause deformation of foreground object (same reason why you normally use tele
lens for human portraits) _________________ Orio, Administrator

Wonderful set, just a couple of side notes on 2 shots (the not mentioned are just perfect as they are, especially #6)
#2 maybe a larger dof to get the small cake more focused
#3 great colors and tones, just a pity that the cake is still in its sylicone stamp |

Very interesting comment, thanks! In fact, most people think it's the light temperature that makes a scene look "cold" or "warm",
but temperature is only a part of it and not the most important... it's the quality and direction of the light that really count. _________________ Orio, Administrator
