We spent the weekend in France, around Saint-Hippolyte, Alsace, France, knowing it most likely will be the last sunny days, before November hits...
http://www.ribeauville-riquewihr.com/en/discover/saint-hippolyte.htm

View of Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg above the city of Saint-Hippolyte

Wine leaves in that fantastic late autumn light...

Vinyards all around the city, producing the famous Riesling, Pinot blanc, Pinot gris, Pinot nor and Gewurztraminer wines seen in early morning light

Sunset over the vinyards and Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg....

Gorgeous series Klaus!

Excellent reproduction of the scenes you saw and the beautiful light that shone

Thanks guys, it was indeed more than perfect light for this wonderful scenery! I also considered it as an iPhone5 "stress test" for the new 7.0.3 camera software.

Yep, did not want to schlepp all my camera equipment with me
(and get on the nerves of my wife...), so all shot using iPhone5
(panos done with that horizontal scan pano method)

Nice iPhone shooting, Klaus! Especially like first and last panos. Cool
