with Sony taking the majority of the shares.

Just for medical technology products. I can't see this impacting on our hobby.

My company uses two contractors, both in the same field of expertise who have joined forces to provide a more complete service than either could separately.

olympus will help with lenses, I believe 400mm is on the way soon, sony maybe will provide sensors who knows

Minolta/Konica Minolta used to produced a great 400/4.5 lens which Sony discontinued when they took over.

Sony is combining a lot of optical and camera know-how. Sony (in house), Konica, Minolta and now Olympus. Interesting times indeed.

I am aware but for now it will be 400mm F4 made by olympus. Everybody knows that oly has got a great glass but at the same time they are using small sensors. Is the modern glass covering full frame?
