Has anybody tried this developer and what is your opinion about it compared to T-MAX developer?

I've never heard of it... even Google doesn't find anything useful
Have you ever tried Xtol?

It is sold as bargain offer in some Italian shops, I never heard of it either before, I hoped that someone here would know more.
Xtol, I heard of it as being excellent, I will have to try it someday.

if you want to save money (and have much more process possibilities), mix your own developer and stabilizer.)
