Some more pictures taken last evening.

It took much fun using the Orestegor.

!!! first picture with canon 18-55 EFS

then Orestegor for details of the fountain
it was hard to get a sharp picture, because of water.

Very Happy

but even with tripod some pictures are not sharp

because of some wind and long exposure time.

No mystery with 20euros tripods...

Yes. I have also cheap ones I think about to buy a used sturdy tripod.

Merci Nelson. In fact I could not remember that statue along the main boulevard - I would have remembered it so I see it's in a lateral garden.

You say it's fun photographing with the Orestegor - I'm sure you're right, but I would like to relaunch and say that it's fun to take photographs in Paris!!
The bench picture is amazing, and the Concorde fountain is also.

Sigh... you're cruel, because at every photo I see, my longing to get back to Paris grows again and again!

Nelson

I have now decided to make a side trip to Paris on my UK trip next month - and I shall be sending you the bill Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy . Haven't been there in seven years and cannot "be so near yet so far" - especially with rail travel in Europe as it is now.
