Any idea what cause it ?

Camera was Rolleiflex-T so I not expect film is injured by camera.

Is it on all your negatives, or just that one? Is this roll or cassette film? What kind of thing did you load it into for developing (e.g., a spool.)

Those look like scratches from camera transport to me. Do you see them on the negative if you look with a loupe?

Otherwise the image is nice - it's worth making a large print on a baryta paper.
The scratches only will contribute to the vintage look Smile

The scratches are very regular so there is no doubt in me that it's a transport problem.
It can be either the camera, the film, or your film loader if you used one. If this is Foma film,
there are chances that the film is part of the damaged stocks that were around a couple of years
ago, mostly of Fomapan 200 film, but also of the other speeds. It was a problem in Foma coating
machines that was later repaired. But sincerely, it seems too much for me to be the film. My most
suspect is the Rollei camera.

As above........An example of when I forgot to use my Watson bulk loader properly:-

Thank you for all hints, 120 film so no bulk loading , Fomapan 100 I bought 10 rolls , none of other rolls shows these tripes, stripes are visible with loupe on negative.

Seems camera but hard to belive this is happen with a Rolleiflex T, camera was a loan and sold long time ago to local buyer. He is never brought back with issue.

Another guess: back then, we used
our fingers to draw off any water from the
neg to make it dry faster (or a pair of "sponge-tweezers").
If the sponge (or fingers) were severly unclean,
nasty streaks would appear.

I did call my friend who sold camera and I did ask why camera didn't return, he did response , perhaps already camera was ruined inside , or dirty and I didn't recognize little sand, but new owner clean it or new owner simple bought as collection and never use it. He said strip 90% chance ruined by camera.

Yes, what has happened I think is some roughness of the edge of the film gate has scratched the film, sometimes doesn't take much. A rollei will have nicely finished metal on it's gate so it probably had some very small pieces of dirt/grit on the gate and those scratched the film.
