Congrets Hoan. As I told you before - that lens performs. Good to see that you are happy with this lens.

Nice series.

During travelling, the front cap stays behind some where, and the lens missing it terribly Very Happy

Also the lens loves the weather in my location so much that it decides to stay for a while Very Happy

Yes, I am aware of that. Had went through all threads about it before I contact Rolf Very Happy
This lens has seen more in it's life time, and more to come.

good luck with it hoan, youre off to a great start. how is the lens ergonomically? is it big and heavy, or is it easy to manage with the thin DOF and camera shake?

Thanks Tony, and all of you.

This lens is handling well with the pentax body. Color rending of the Elmarit is just beautiful. I won't say it's a light and compact lens - none of f2.8 180/200mm are travel friendly.

Many of the shots were made under dim light with speed as low as 1/80s. I am rather dependent on the SR capability than increase iso on the k20, but my keeper rate is quite low for 'action kids'. For those which are in focus, they are contrastful and super sharp at f4.

Oh yes, I am sure. The sounds of Leica, summicron, summilux,... scare me of.
I dont even read about them if I don't have to. I call it preventive actions.
