Anyone have any information, or links to websites, about this camera? Graflex?
I have had it for a few months. It is in need of a serious cleaning. Of course, I have no idea how to use it Shocked Bought it on impulse!

I have a couple of these - mainly for using all sorts of lenses with the focal plane shutter. The Aero Ektar for example.

Start by looking here - http://www.graflex.org/

And here - http://www.xs4all.nl/~lommen9/

At first sight I didn't notice the Tessar lens.
Well, this is a guarantee of good image results, if you can put that camera back to clean working state.

Anyhow as first information you might seek, this is a large format camera, and I think it must be loaded with film sheets.

You have the principal link, graflex.org is the best place to start.

I have two of these, a 4x5 and a 3x4, not used in a very long time.

Yours looks like it is the Anniversary Speed Graphic (like mine), with the focal plane shutter and the spring back, and Kalart rangefinder. We could tell more if you had a shot of the back.

It looks like a 4x5, which is good as that size is easier to find film. If it has a Graflok back (where the 4x5 holder/groundglass holder is removable) you can get a 120 back for it. It does look like a spring back though.

These will take excellent pictures with damn near any lens - the picture is going on a 4"x5" film.

From the link I also thought it was the Anniversary Speed Graphic. Not 100% sure what the spring back looks like, but it did not look like the Graflok back pictured on the website. The back has a small metal clip/release that allows the back to 'spring' up and there is 3 sides of paper that fold over the glass. I will try and get a photo later (I have put everything away for the night). I did have the view finders apart and cleaned the glass tonight. I may look on the Internet to see if I can find a video of someone using a camera such as this, this one is truly alien to me.
