Venezia, 4th part: Kids City

While on a ferry, I found this place in Venice where a row of old sheds was painted to create a "kids city".
I imagined that it was made by some kids and I was really delighted by the creative spirit that it showed.
It reminded me of the way I and my friends used to play where we were kids, and there was no computers
or playstations - but we had lots of fantasy and a lot of old decaying barracks that we would use to imagine
our city, or as a set for our "battles", et c. Smile
So it was sad for me to find out that it wasn't a kids' work, but the artwork of an artist, called Uwe Jaentsch,
which did this for the Biennale of Arts of Venice. Sad Oh well, it was too good to be true Rolling Eyes Smile

Here's a global view of the place, and you can see the first "houses": Firemen Station, Lotto shop (sports), Adidas shop, Spar Supermarket, McDonald's (could it be missing? Laughing) :
