Hi all, I have an old lens, made by Hugo Meyer and Co, Görlitz, a doppel anastigmat called Citoplast

165 mm f/6,3, for 4 X 5 inch.

What can you tell me about?

According to the Lens Collector's Vade Mecum the Citoplast was made by Steinheil, but your photo proves otherwise. Is the camera a Contessa-Nettel, as the Vade Mecum lists the Citoplast as fitted to cameras from that brand?

The lens was normal for 13x15cm format
