Maybe a tad brighter, but not so much as to blow out the whites. Wonderful shot! Good selection for depth of field.

Agree. It's a bit dark. The splashing water should be closer to bright white. It's a great shot, though. Well done.

+1 center is rarely best, but anyway stunning picture indeed!

Brighter? Hmmm, depends on the mood you want to create.
But what if you try using Temperature +7 and Tint -6 (in ACR, using the
jpg above)?

It's a great capture! I think a 0.35 bump in exposure would do the trick.

I like the current exposure, it looks pretty natural to me.

Most of my photos are always get PS's "auto" exposure/color/contrast settings applied, I rarely get my pics correctly exposure from the camera.
