Pictures linked from flick, no degradation by forum software for sure. I found most shoots require additional sharpening if I would see really sharp images in jpg. _________________ -------------------------------

Or even medium distance. I'd be interested in how it compares with my two 105mm in general use; Tamron and Komura. _________________ Regards,

Well, those 'infinity samples' are actually more like 'near infinity', aren't they?
From my experience this lens is fabulous for macro and close focus work, but I don't like it much for landscape (infinity) shots. _________________ Toni,

no, they are taken at infinity, because infinity on this lens starts after 7 meters

people specially asked for these type of samples to see how this lens acts as mid-tele lens _________________ my tools:Oly E-M5 + 45mm/1.8 + Oly E-520 + 12-60 + 14-42 + 70-300 + Sigma 105mm + FL-50R + EC20 + SRF-11 ring flash

There was no PP done to the images...if I were to go back and sharpen them with USM,they would be much improved.
