Yeah I've had the opposite experience with earlier Sigmas, they put me on to M42s instead

There is an immense difference between the early and the late Sigma AF lenses!!
Anybody who dislikes Sigma and bases this judgement on the old lenses should think again! _________________ Personal forum activity on pause every now and again (due to job obligations)!

I would agree with the caveat that QC is somewhat `creative' as far as focus goes. The 17-70 doesn't suffer from my experience, but some of the other lenses (like the 50-150) are not the most accurate (to put it mildly). _________________ Casual attendance these days |
