With the wild weather battering the southwest of England I very nearly rolled over and went back to bed at 6:45 yesterday. However, after a bit of persuasion on twitter I decided to head down to Dawlish for their annual air show.

Dawlish is unique in terms of the viewing positions offered. It was definitely worth it for the reds! All shot on 7D with EF100-400

Great series. Seems you have had a perfect place for your shots. Like especially the shots with the houses in the background. Very uncommon but thrilling view.

Some great shapshots there, 17 being probably my favourite, and I agree with the comment about the unusual point of view adding to the effectiveness.
