NEX shutter broken?

Hi!
I currently noticed while I was looking at some snapshots that my NEX seems to produce vignetting on the downside of the pics when the shutter speed reaches 1/2000s and more while 1/1600s and less causes no problem.
Is this caused by the activated half-electronical shutter or a real defect?





Lens was Heliar 15 and other "normal speed" pics 5min earlier came out very good @ same aperture settings:

So this problem is not caused by the lens etc.

Well, there is no mirror in the way in a Nex, so I guess there's not much else that could go wrong and cause that... it looks like a shutter problem indeed.

Does the nex 5n not have some setting fir half curtain thing maybe its that causing it? Check the settings
