Yep, you got me.
Contax S-Planar 100/4 on belows + Contax extension tubes + Vivitar TC glassless
All those hooked on some sort of copy stand that I built meself.
Magnification around 4:1
Pictures are cropped around 70-80% of the original. Because of the resizing they are much softer than what I have.
-20°C. After 1 hour I couldn't feel my hands.

I've been dabbling with macro shots of frost on a sheet of glass.

Ephemeral, chilly, frustrating, fascinating subject matter, good on you for keeping at it.

I'd say the one with the black BG is already a framer.

Good luck, and remember they sell hot cocoa mix by the kilogram, and Bailey's by the litre!

Here it is, frost pattern on a sheet of glass shot through another sheet of glass. Same rig on tripod this time.
