Yeah I used the flash's pulse to capture the movement of the drop. It is a painting my girlfriend made behind an orange cup filled with water and a plastic back with a small hole hanging above it(also filled with water).

The first one is super, for composition, colours, etc.
The other two are nice also, but in my view they lack some detail/sharpness that could give them the extra spice.

I can see what you mean, I think some of the sharpness was lost when i converted them last year. i still have the orignal files somewhere. thanks for the comment!
