Nikos did fix single word search problem I have to shutdown forum and restart it will takes max half an hour , don't know yet when it will be done. I schedule it today.

Okay done, I did try it with small combination like Konica FP , works well. Thank you Nikos!

There is still a minor limitation.
It seems that the MySQL developers did not think that decimal numbers would be useful in full-text search, so they ignore them.
But we all know how useful 1.4 is for photographers Wink

So, if you search for "Zeiss 1.4/35" one will also see results like "Zeiss Contax 35-70".
This is because the 1.4 is silently ignored.

I plan to fix that too, however.
Anyway, search is much more useful now.

Thanks, it really does help.

A good example is you can now search for YS. Also it makes it easier searching the older Minolta lenses that were letter coded. Very Happy
