The second one (Coffee) only went through the very basic PP (levels, resizing, resharpening).

the smell is missing Carsten

perfect tonality on such difficult reflecting surfaces

Superb Carsten. I am waiting for a 5N, since the 7 is so badly delayed here in the US, and my Canon 40D died the death three months ago. The posts I see from the 5N/7 convince me that Sony is really on the right track with this "mirrorless" format using the "normal" aps sized sensor. Can't wait to get back to using some of my old MF lenses.

Thanks for your samples

What I have found during the last days is that the NEX-7 is not only a top-performer, it also is a highly inspiring camera.
It makes me look at things differently and new - hard to explain. I shoot differently with the NEX-7 and with an EOS.
And the feeling that you could take it anywhere adds to that fresh appraoch!

Great images, I love the rendering but the lens is probably not for nothing in the results Very Happy ....
Actually, I'm also thinking a lot about to get a Nex (5 or 5n I guess), it seems to be the perfect combo with manual lenses!
