I'm with you here. Liar, liar, pants on fire! Negative feedback all the way. Withdraw the item before the auction ends by all means but after it has ended? I'll lay you a bar of chocolate to a kick up the pants that "family member has a change of heart" within a couple of weeks and the camera gets listed again.

I asked the guy last night about the one that went for $455 and he said it had some scratches, nothing bad. I want a nice one and won one, but now I have my money back. Or at least in my paypal account. I'm definitely not a happy camper, but I'm glad I got the refund. At least he refunded my money promptly.
