I am very satisfied with Rodinal , works with any film pretty well what I did try. _________________ -------------------------------

Attila, I used this method after seeing this photog's work:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/cchiopris/sets/72157610266094791
Will be stocking up on Acros and HP5 both in 35mm and 120.
I find it very easy to go do something else and not have to babysit the dev.
Using a water stop is also nice, not having yet another thing to mix. |

I used to love both APX 100 and 400, especially in 120.
Now, I'm an Xtol 1:1 and Acros man. Will be developing 12 rolls of 120 and will share soon. |

wow, great result Bill, your develop method seems to produce very soft shadows which are perfect for portrait.
Also I have to add your model is charming. _________________ Orio, Administrator

Orio and Martin, thanks! I'll be experimenting more with this method,
especially for portrait work. After going thru all the rigamarole film
involves, the one she likes best from the outing is this one, a cheap
point and shoot Canon A490 pic that took just seconds to process:

Thanks, the results are much tighter/smoother grain in this roll than another where I used HC-110. The examples I've seen
with LP100/Acros are even better for tighter grain. Another from the roll:
