Apo Lanthars are great lenses indeed - you haven't said it, but I also have that (wonderful, razor sharp) lens Wink

Version I has gotten so cheap now, but it is still overlooked and all run after the great brother 2.5/125mm, really a pitty.

Thanks Bazza, Brunner, tomscafe, & Klaus, yes I forgot to mentioned Apo Lanthar, I thought only this version in 90/3,5.
For complete it's LTM silver version. in early use I was rather dissapoint compare it's bokeh to Leitz Elmar 90/4. But it sharpmess really amazing that I don't need to step down

Lovely pics, how did you manage to get the monkey to keep still long enough for the picture?

Thanks John
It was chained, so I didn't worry it will grab me Very Happy
And it's a pet of someone near my family in other city.
I was close enough, about 1 meter or more.

Very nice animal portraits, Iaza. Both intense expressions. I'd just use a little less sharpening.

For reason, sample of this lens I don't sharpen
Infact I recently edit just resize, crop some brightness & contrast, with Irfanview
