The bokeh was very strange and I heard the click sound when I turned the lens upside down.
I brought the lens to a local Zeiss/Leica lens repair shop. It cost me about $130.
They said the grease of the lens barrel was dry, something like that.
It takes few weeks and finally my lens was back from the ‘hospital’ .. 
Below are some shots that I took in separate session during the last couple of weeks.
First thing first, to check the bokeh and … it was cured!!
Previous bokeh .... very bizzare
Current bokeh .... back to normal

This is the current bokeh. The thin DOF is gone! I missed it … hahaha
By the way I wonder what makes that thin DOF in the first place? I wonder if I could find cheaper wide lens and modify it to have a thin DOF

Which element in the picture below that make the strage DOF & bokeh. I am so curious to know.
